During the call, briefly and clearly describe the problem. This will help the representative quickly find the right specialist for you. The representative will suggest an available time and date for the technician’s visit.
Technician’s visit
Upon arrival, the technician will diagnose the problem and determine the cause of the malfunction. If you agree with the proposed plan and cost, the technician will begin the repair the same day.
Make the payment for the technician’s services as previously agreed upon. If a warranty is provided for the completed work or replaced parts, make sure you have all the necessary documentation.
